Every route must be declared before handover, stating destination, estimated distance and road type (paved, gravel, dirt). The recommended operating limit is up to 450 km per day, unless otherwise authorized. Quote your trip.

Protection

Two levels to reduce your exposure

Protection plans reduce your contractual liability and lower the security deposit. They are commercial products subject to the contract and its exclusions; no plan removes liability entirely.

Essential

  • Reduces the client's financial liability.
  • Lowers the security deposit amount.
  • Minimum level required for authorized trips.

From USD 9/day (City Car and Compact) up to USD 15/day (SUV Business and Van).

Elite Signature Recommended

  • Everything in Essential, with a larger deposit reduction.
  • Minor cosmetic damage: up to Bs 500.
  • Windshield: up to Bs 1,500 · One tire: up to Bs 600.
  • Loss-of-use waiver for the first 10 workshop days.
  • Priority for a replacement vehicle, subject to availability.

Everything you need to know before booking

What do I need to rent a vehicle?
A valid ID or passport, a valid driver's license and a security deposit. We sign a clear contract and carry out the handover and return inspection.
Can international clients rent?
Yes. International clients need a valid passport, a valid driver's license and an international credit card for the security deposit. Additional verifications may apply. We provide support in English by WhatsApp and email.
Which currency do I pay in?
Rates are set in US dollars (USD). Local payment can be made in bolivianos (BOB) at the current operating exchange rate, by cash, transfer or card.
How much mileage is included?
The base rate includes 100 km per day, cumulative over the whole contract. Extended-mileage packages are available by category. We never offer "unlimited mileage": we always tell you the total kilometers included.
Can I leave Santa Cruz or take a trip?
Yes, with authorized trips. Every trip must be declared before handover, stating destination, estimated distance and road type. The City Car category is city-use only; for trips we recommend a Crossover or SUV with at least Essential protection.
What is the security deposit and when is it returned?
It is a security deposit and is not part of the rental price. It is normally released within 48 to 72 hours after the final inspection, unless there is damage, a fine or a pending charge.
Do you deliver at Viru Viru Airport?
Yes, we coordinate delivery and return at Viru Viru International Airport. From 01/09/2026 an airport delivery and pickup package of USD 15 applies.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
Hourly charges apply within the first 6 hours after the agreed time, by category. If the delay exceeds the operating limit, the case is coordinated with management. We recommend letting us know in advance.
